Just so you know - Stewie was not able to attend and only checked in much later to see if the conversation was devoid of heckling, highly intellectual and on topic OR if everyone just cried and went home when they saw Stewie wasn't there. I guess I'll never know.
But let's not forget the really important thing is the Council was still undergoing rigid Pavlovian Training BELIEVING they are being heckled even (on those rare occasions) when they are not.
So as long as they felt stupid and laughed at the goal was met
mwahahahaaaaaaaaaaa
It must be cosmic. I was tied up with a project too. When I finished, the meeting was over.
I was soooo looking forward to the Councilor Comment portion of the meeting.
