Did Frank Lasee take a Piss in a Voter's Backyard?

Apparently:
We are proud to name former Wisconsin assemblyman and current state senate candidate Frank Lasee, who, according to one of our listeners, took a leak in the backyard of the home of a Chilton woman after leaving a campaign flier in her mailbox.
This is definitely one way to mount a comeback.

Maybe he was marking his territory.

Hi-hoo!

Why hasn't he been charged with Public Urination?

Well, technically, Lasee was on private property, so ...

I think the police probably need a little more evidence than just the word of an anonymous radio listener.

The woman should have called the police. If a guy pees on your yard it's still "public Urination" as in he is exposed, the Public can see him (and did)it's a considered health hazard or nuisance and against the law. It's possible to be charged for urinating on your own property too, but people can't just walk into your yard and pee on your stuff. There's a fine and the law applies to males or females.

The woman should have called the cops not talk radio. I had a nice cozy chat with an on-duty cop about Public Urination not that long ago and he was emphatic that it's illegal, you can be damn sure if some stinkin politician did it to me I'd be making sure it hit the news and he got charged.
Unless Oshkosh is totally barbaric and you can festoon the neighborhood with various secretions at will. Nice and convenient on Halloween then, when people T.P. trees. Maybe then Lassee can take a dump too.
but most places even have fines for not picking up dog crap.

So, some WEAC goon (or maybe a stand-in from One Wisconsin Now) who is out to destroy Frank Lasee calls an Appleton shockjock and tells a whopper. The Appleton shockjock runs with it, because it's the sort of slop that "fits" in their blog. Public servant Chief passes it along. Accuser unnamed, no victim identified.

Very tidy. The only mysteries here are, was it WEAC dirty politics, or One Wisconsin Now dirty politics, and did the radio shockjock get any remuneration in exchange for posting the tale?

8:40 - You're beef lies with the radio station. We're just passing on what we heard from them.

By the way, how do you know so much about the caller and his/her WEAC ties if, as you note, the accuser remains unnamed?

You don't. Thanks for your nutter opinion, though.

Only a supporter or GOP operative of crazy Frank would suggest that someone from WEAC planted the story. Hope you have plenty of tin foil for all those hats you guys need to wear.
