The highlight of last week's council meeting was obviously citizen statements. Let's hope next week's comments are just as batshit insane thought provoking. By all means: if you can't join us line, please prepare the craziest 5 minute presentation possible and deliver it before the council for our viewing pleasure.

You're suggesting a new type of Performance Art? a Citizen Involvement genre? with no real motivation other than to entertain/be intentionally absurd? to kill time, milk the cow of public patience, use the picayune rules d'Robert to force attention to be focused on one's self, whether people like it or not??
