A couple of weeks ago Patrick McIlheran lamented what a possible smoking ban would do to a hookah lounge in Sheboygan that seemed like a fine alternative for 18-20 year olds who can't acquire fake IDs.
I don't know how many hookah lounges there are in Wisconsin, but I'm going to guess there are considerably more in Turkey, which is also considering a smoking ban.
