Obviously, campaign's are not working in a perfectly paperless e-society yet (how the hell are candidates supposed to hawk themselves to all those computer illiterate old folks in the nursing homes, after all?), but the concept of institutionalizing the separation of online contributors from potential undecideds for as a cost saving measure is a move in the right direction.
