Ah, the political front organization: Democracy's head shop.
Today we bring you RepealRomneyCare.org, a loose consortium of anti-abortion activists who aren't buying the former Massachusetts governor's conversion to the cause and whose efforts are now being featured in some of John McCain's South Carolina's mailers.
There are at least two ways of looking at this. The first is through the lens of karma: last fall the Romney campaign was caught dabbling in an anti-Fred Thompson web site that appeared to poised to dish out a good deal of opposition research. The other angle is that this sort of thing is now a necessity since everyone does anyway.
