A while back ago there were a number of state blogs that hurrupfed at an Atlas Moving Vans survey that concluded more people were leaving Wisconsin than coming into it.
That may be true, it may not be true ... Whatever the results of the survey, they were doubtlessly short-term.
In the long view of things, Wisconsin and other Great Lakes states are sitting pretty for one good reason: water.
