Looks like it. His was the most disappointing campaign in the field. I though he would be able to rally religious conservatives, but he just didn't seem to have the charisma. He also looked awful in the debates and never bothered to take a swipe at one of his colleagues pretty much guaranteeing himself little to no earned media.
Basically, he came off as a push-over.
