From a rather morbid article in the Politico on elected officials who die in Office:

Rep. Paul Oscar Husting (D-Wis.) died in a duck hunting accident in 1917.

Actually, Husting was a senator from Fond du Lac, the first from the state to be elected by direct popular vote.
